Ask yourself the following questions...
• Do I consider myself to be gender blind?
• Am I aware of gender differences in my team?
• Do I treat people as individuals or all the same?
• Do I take into account my team members’ differences and individual contexts?
• Do I flex my style and approach depending on the individual or audience?
• Do I believe my team / company is a true meritocracy for everyone?
