In & Out Groups
For much of the 20th century, the workplace was largely a man’s domain. Understandably, it was designed by men for men - that's who was in the workplace. In most workplaces, women have been allowed 'in' if they adapted to the dominant, male group’s design. This 'in-group' defines a company’s rules, culture and leadership styles.
Have you ever felt like you're part of an out group?
