As with any strategic plan, you need a clear vision of where you are going.
What three things do you want to achieve in order to be a more gender bilingual manager, and by when?
Example: I will map the gender jaws for my team by the end of this week and remap them every 3 months to monitor my progress in improving my team’s gender balance.
