Another fantastic month with 26 net sales, smashing the target of 19! A
great effort by the sales team even though Auckland was in Alert Level 3
due to COVID-19.

Millwater has seen the last property go under contract and Belmont has
just two properties left. Harbourlane is proving to be very popular keeping
Srecko Urlich very busy with the KiwiBuild ballot closing date being

extended out to 8th September in light of COVID-19.

The team said their farewell’s to Graham Street with Andrew Crosby
taking over the reigns.

In September we look forward to welcoming Phillipa (PJ) Morris, the
new Marketing Manager for Universal Homes, and start looking towards

planning 2021!
