District Mission
The district’s mission is to “Focus on learning for
every student every day.”
District Vision
The vision of the Pine-Richland School District is a
picture developed by a graduate that captures the
mission and provides a vivid reminder of the
challenge and opportunity of our schools. The image
conveys the following:
Learning is our primary purpose. District Shared Values
Learning occurs inside and outside the classroom.
Shared values represent an important component to
Learning is measured as BOTH achievement and the strategic direction of the district by providing
growth. guidance and a compass for decision-making.
Learning happens differently for different people The district’s shared values spell out the acronym
so flexibility and variation is needed in the approach. PRIDE.
