            Level II Offenses are misbehaviors whose frequency or seriousness disrupts the learning climate of the school or
            classroom. These infractions can result from the continuation of Level I misbehaviors or include new offenses. The
            educational consequences are serious enough to require disciplinary action taken by administrative personnel.
            Repeated or more serious instances of misbehavior at this level raise the offense to a higher level.

                                           Examples Include but Not Limited to:

                 ●  Persistent Level I Behaviors               ●  Sexting
                 ●  Lying                                      ●  Use or possession of tobacco or electronic smoking
                 ●  Cheating                                       devices (1st offense)
                 ●  Misrepresentation of parent or guardian    ●  Not serving detention
                 ●  Disrespect                                 ●  Unwanted physical contact
                 ●  Defiance of authority                      ●  Violation of technology agreement (Acceptable Use of
                 ●  Insubordination                                Internet, Computers and Network Resources Policy)
                 ●  Driving to school without a parking        ●  Forgery (Example: Forging a permission slip)

                 ●  Falsifying information

                            Examples of Level II Consequences Include but Not Limited to:
                 ●  Improvement plan                           ●  Detention
                 ●  Exclusion from Peers with Supervision      ●  In-school suspension
                 ●  Letter sent home                           ●  Out-of-school suspension
                 ●  Written record of offense                  ●  Referral to police or district magistrate
                 ●  Loss of Privileges
