community; (5) Select final resource(s); (6) Provide professional development for staff members utilizing the new
resource(s); and (7) Provide ongoing training and follow-up to ensure fidelity and consistency of implementation.
Estimated Budget/Resources: Costs may include those associated with the purchase of new resource(s) for
select subgroups of students, as well as training on the new resource(s) and the cost of substitute teachers.
Potential Implications (Short-Term and Long-Term): As a result of these changes, students should be better
prepared to demonstrate mastery and growth. Students in need of remediation as well as enrichment will benefit
from these changes. Incorporating these changes will allow teachers to differentiate instruction.
