If you have any questions or concerns regarding your child, please contact your child’s homeroom teacher. If you
have general questions, you may also contact the office staff. Since staff members are teaching throughout the
day, e-mail may be the most efficient method for contacting your child’s teacher. A staff directory and contact
information for the school counselor and front office staff is available for each primary school.

Enrollment/New Student Contact the Central Office (by appointment only).

Transportation / Bus Contact the transportation coordinator and/or Student
Transportation of America (STA).
Medical For health/medical questions, contact the school nurse.

Classroom Concern You can contact your child’s teacher and contact info can be found via the staff

Peer Issues Reach out to your child’s teacher via the staff directory or teacher pages & the

Food Service/Lunches Questions related to food services, contact the general manager for the PR Food
Service Department.

Community Web Portal Questions regarding the community web portal (Sapphire) can be found via this web
