3. Self-control, controlling your own thoughts and reactions. Therefore, controlling hormone secretion which affects your emotions and actions. Knowing what thoughts secrete what hormones.
4. Interaction with patients, sociability. Creating an environment of trust in the office. Smile, eye brows up, touch and tone.
5. A key success factor is those functions, activities or Practice system that is defined by what majority of patients want from their office visit and not defined by what the doctor “feels” like they want.
