2.  The improvement of the  College Academic  Community is continuously  done through
                the  University Scholarship Program.
            3.  The College is composed  of a highly qualified Dean and Assistant  Dean as proven  in
                their  academic qualifications.


            AREAS NEEDING IMPROVEMENT

              1.  There is no updated official list of members of the Academic Council.


              2.  As to the newly created University Training Institute office. there is no provision on its purpose and the
                 duties and responsibilities of the head in the University Code.
              3.  The  department  lacks a code which will fill up the  shortcomings  of the  University Code.
              4.  As  to  the  allocation  of funds, there is no provision  on disaster  and  risk  reduction considering the
                 extreme climate of the region.
              5.  There  is  lack  of coordination  from  the  accredited  program  to  different   university offices   as  shown
                 in  some  documents  which  are  not  attached   but  are  readily available.
              6.  The Records Office of the Institution lacks the necessary space to freely  move within the premise as well
                 as store more records.



           RECOMMENDATIONS

              1.  It is suggested that the list of members of the Academic Council be updated subject for BOT approval.
              2.  The duties and responsibilities of the University Training Institute must be clearly defined in the university
                 code
              3.  The department may adopt code which will serve as guide in the operation of the college without prejudice
                 to the provision of the University Code
              4.  In order to reduce or prevent the ill-effects of fortuitous events, a provision on disaster risk management
                 may be allocated in the budget of the institution.

              6.  Early communication and coordination of accreditation documents with different offices of the school as
                 well as benchmarking with other programs may be conducted by the college to fully complete the required
