hence these must be
aligned to help ensure its
attainment.
In addition to this, as per
CMO No. 18 Series of
2017, the teaching and
learning activities and
assessment tasks should
be constructively aligned
towards the attainment
of the course outcomes.
These factors are
reflected through an
outcomes-based
education (OBE) –
compliant course syllabi
which serves as the main
roadmap that guides
both teachers and
students in navigating
the subject course
through a semester
successfully.

Each learning content and objectives included in the course plan are
aligned with specific program outcomes as well as the institutional
outcomes through the expected graduate attributes.
