survey. The feedback/evaluation form from the university is focused on how the training is conducted and facilitated and the overall assessment
of the varied clientele to the implemented extension project/activity.
3. OUTCOMES
➢ Present/Show evidence that the Extension Program is well-planned, implemented, monitored, evaluated, and
disseminated.
There is a certain strategy of implementation practiced by the university in applying for the Adopt-a-Barangay Modality Program. Each
campus of the University is required to choose or adopt a pilot barangay using certain criteria. The community is then prepared and organized
through conducting Participatory Rural Appraisal. The results will then be integrated into the community organizing process. The community is best
involved in action planning along with the ISU extensionists. The LGU is also involved in the planning and workshops. The Barangay Integrated
Development Plan is then formulated which scores the commitment and linkage of the university, the LGU, private sectors, and other stakeholders
in the community. Various training such as livelihood development, technology skills, leadership, and values formation shall be implemented
by the colleges under close coordination and supervision of the university extension department. Technologies are disseminated in the form of
print, broadcast, and video materials. Periodic monitoring and evaluation and process documentation shall be conducted by the university in
which the barangay officials are also key informants.
