Proper documentation of
extension activities and
approaches may be
considered.
Continuous monitoring was conducted to enable the
college to periodically appraise the program
implementation. This was undertaken through project
observation, with gathering of information, to improve
the implementation of the project at a particular time.
It was conducted periodically to review and oversee
extension activities to ensure that required actions
were implemented according to plan. Regular
submission of reports is done by the College
Extension Coordinator submitted to the Dean and copy
furnished the University/Campus Extension Director.
