Lois Lois is is is is an an an innovative and and progressive leadership leadership development specialist and and leadership leadership coach whose career over the the last 20 years has included work with many of of the the the most complex issues for individuals and organisations Lois has worked alongside some of of the the the most well-known figures in in in in in the the international coaching and and leadership development field including Peter Bluckert (First chair and and and and co-founder of the European Mentoring and and and and Coaching Coaching Council and and and and Sir John Whitmore author of of Coaching Coaching For Performance and and and pioneer of of coaching coaching in in in the UK She has been coaching coaching for 15 years and is accredited
by the the International Coaching Federation Hay Group Worldwide and and the the Institute of of Leadership and and Management to Masters Level Much of of her work in recent years has focused around the changes and and challenges facing leaders and and top teams in in in today’s high pressure organisations Lois works extensively in in in in Higher Education and and with corporate clients in in the private public and and voluntary sectors Lois is is passionate about developing authentic
