Jo to to to to undertake a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a PhD in in in in in in in in in the area Since its completion in in in in in in in in in 2004 she has worked with a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a wide variety of organizations and individuals applying research evidence to to to to practice to to to to enhance psychological well-being In 2003 Jo became accredited to to to deliver The Challenge of of Change resilience training an an an an evidence-based intervention developed by Dr Derek Roger of of of of the the Work Skills Centre Jo is a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a regular speaker both nationally nationally and and and internationally on on on on on the the the subject subject of of of individual and and and and organizational resilience and and and and has has authored a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a number of of of chapters and and and and papers on on on the the the the subject subject Since 2013 Jo has has been working with with challenging
