techniques and and practice to to deeper levels This is a a a a a a a a a a a skill which will help your leadership in in in in in in a a a a a a a a a a a number of ways including creating and and chairing better meetings helping groups and and teams to move move forward in in in in in in in in in challenging situations drawing out rich discussion which moves through areas of of potential conflict to to decision and and action We will help you to to create a a a a a a a a a a a deeper deeper understanding of of groups teams and and and group group group process work at at at deeper deeper levels of of group group group group interaction and and and use facilitative interventions to move groups and and teams forward The 2 5 day workshop explores the the nature of of facilitation

On completing Advanced Facilitation Skills participants will be able to:
