television set for just ten minutes.
Notice with me in verse 11 of 1 Peter
chapter 2. Verse 11 says, “Dearly beloved, I
beseech you as strangers and pilgrims,
abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against
the soul.” Notice that fleshly lusts war
against our soul, and we don't even realize
it's happening, and he said abstain from
these things.
Turn with me, please, to 1 Timothy
chapter 5. We're talking about the effects of
television. I can see it in some of your faces
that you’re watching that thing every day.
