Disney’s Gospel

Let's go to our second point. Our second

point is Disney's gospel. I have a book entitled,

"The Gospel According to Disney – Faith, Trust,

and Pixie Dust." This is a tremendous book. I

don't necessarily agree with everything in it, but

it deals with Disney properly. In this book the

author says that “Peter Pan taught us that faith,

trust, and pixie dust help you leave your cares

behind.” He also said that “Jiminy Cricket

showed Pinocchio and millions of moviegoers

that when you wish upon a star, dreams come

true.” We don't wish upon stars, do we? He also

said that “Cinderella has become a syndrome

and The Lion King hinted at Hindu tradition in

‘The Circle of Life.’” So I'm not the only one

that's ever preached on this or ever studied on
