Notice that Paul speaks of the meekness

and gentleness of Christ. That's a real man,

by the way. And he said in verses 3 and 4,

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not

war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our

warfare are not carnal, but mighty through

God to the pulling down of strong holds;).

Verse 5 says, “Casting down imaginations,

and every high thing that exalteth itself

against the knowledge of God, and bringing

into captivity every thought to the

obedience of Christ.” So we see clearly that

we're in a spiritual warfare. The world is

going to fight. The world is going to have

violence. The world is going to have hatred,

and they're always going to retaliate, but we

are in a spiritual warfare. We're working for
