taekwondo, and when this article was
written, there were over 20 million in 140
countries. Karate, taekwondo, judo — all of
these have grown by leaps and bounds.
There is a religious aspect to these. I'm
going to skip the meditation for now. You
know what biblical meditation is. We've
preached on it. We've written on it. You're
to fill your mind with God and His Word and
think about Him. That's not true when it
comes to martial arts and yoga and Zen, the
Buddhists and the Hindus and all these
others. That's not what they classify as
meditation. So we'll pick that up when we
deal with the subject of yoga.
