University of Texas at Austin - Welch Hall
        Austin, TX

Rosendin is currently working with The Beck Group (GC) on a $10.3M project at The University of Texas at Austin.
The 232,000 square foot project includes renovation of raised floor chemistry labs, auditoriums, collaborative
spaces, and administrative spaces. The project also involves replacing a 15KV Medium Voltage substation that
TEXAS feeds Welch Hall and the surrounding buildings on campus. Welch Hall is made up of (3) separate structures

that were built in 1929, 1961 and 1978. The coordination and integration of all the buildings and systems is the
most significant challenge on the project. Rosendin's scope includes electrical, telecommunications, and fire
alarm. The project will support the engineering and chemistry students at the University of Texas and be the
home to many student groups and organizations.
