                                                          osendin is dedicated to creating safe work environments.
                                                          During the month of June, a focus was placed on efforts
                                                  R in diversity, inclusion, and building safe workplaces with
                                                  the LGBTQ+ community.

                                                  To celebrate PRIDE month, Rosendin showed support and allyship for the
                                                  LGBTQ+ community by announcing a new PRIDE and Proud Employee
                                                  Resource Group (ERG). This employee-led team was established to encourage
                                                  LGBTQ+ employees and their allies to share their experiences to raise
                                                  awareness and improve work environments.

                                                  “Rosendin aspires to be a company that actively demonstrates support for
                                                  people who identify as LGBTQ+ and provide a protective workplace that
                                                  is free from harassment, hazing, and bullying so every individual can bring
                                                  their best every day,” said Mike Greenawalt, Rosendin CEO. “We do this
                                                  through Rosendin’s Culture of Care that promotes diversity and inclusion,
                                                  empowerment programs, and our new PRIDE and Proud ERG.“
                                                  “Our PRIDE and Proud ERG gives employees a safe platform to speak freely
                                                  about any issues that impact them with the goal of resolving conflict and
                                                  developing trust,“ said Erika Fry, Rosendin Safety Manager and Chair of the
                                                  PRIDE and Proud ERG. “As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, it makes
                                                  me happy to see Rosendin be loud AND proud about respecting employees
                                                  in this community and taking proactive steps to understand their needs.”
