Since 1994, Rosendin has developed significant
projects that shape the Phoenix skyline including
Sky Harbor International Airport renovations and
rental car building, Phoenix Convention Center
renovation, Downtown Sheraton Hotel, Maricopa
County Courthouse and more. On October 17th,
Tom Sorley and Senior VP, Mike Greenawalt,
hosted 200 employees, industry partners,
customers, and clients to celebrate decades of
achievement.

On October 3rd, John Colley, Director
of Texas Operations, and other
Rosendin top executives hosted
185 people at the company’s new
regional office in Pflugerville, TX.
The event acknowledged 100 years
of shared success between Rosendin
and our industry partners and clients. Arizona
Recognizable projects include the
Austin Bergstrom International Airport
terminal expansion, UT Welch Hall
Renovation, and several large-scale
data centers.
