For the BS Entrepreneurship program to fully comply with its core program requirement which is
the provision of a business incubation facility large enough to seat at least ten percent (10%) of
its graduating class at any given time, the College of Business Accountancy and Public
Administration through its dean Dr. Joan T. Ruiz entered into an agreement with Cagayan Valley
Small Ruminants Research Center in which Isabela State University-Technology Business
Incubation facility is part of the center, for the use of its facilities by the CBAPA faculty and
students in the conduct of their research, product development, and product innovation.
