ABOUT THIS VISA INFINITE DINING SERIES IN-PERSON EXPERIENCE
Celebrated Chefs Suzanne Barr and Charlotte Langley headline an all-star lineup of chefs and producers at a Wine Country long table dinner set amongst the vines in historic Prince Edward County. Just returning from her North American cookbook tour, Chef Barr will join sustainable seafood advocate Langley as well as Chef Jamie Kennedy, Zach and Luhana Littlejohn of Littlejohn Farm, Chef Stuart Cameron from Bocado, Chef Albert Ponzo of the newly opened The Royal, at beautiful Closson Chase Vineyards. Under a large tent on the winery property, guests will enjoy a collaborative feast of all the freshest PEC ingredients, along with pairings of wine from Closson Chase’s winemaker, Keith Tyers and their county friends. Each couple will also receive a signed copy of Chef Barr’s new book, My Ackee Tree, to take home.
ABOUT SUZANNE BARR
Suzanne Barr has a flair for Afro-Caribbean comfort food. She was Chef-Owner at
True True Diner and Saturday Dinette in Toronto, has cooked at the Gladstone Hotel and Sand and Pearl Oyster Bar in Prince Edward County (No. 9 on enRoute’s Best
New restaurants 2018), and is currently consulting on a new restaurant in Miami. She co-starred in the acclaimed documentary The Heat: A Kitchen (R)evolution and is a resident judge on Food Network Canada’s Wall of Chefs and host of the online series HistoryEATS. She is also the author of the recently published book My Ackee Tree: A Chef’s Memoir of Finding Home in the Kitchen. A staunch advocate for food security and marginalized communities, she won Restaurants Canada’s inaugural Social Advocate of the Year Award, among other accolades.
ABOUT CHARLOTTE LANGLEY
Charlotte Langley is the Chief Culinary Officer and Founder of the responsible seafood company Scout Canning. She is the MSC Ambassador Chef for Canada and sits on
the BOD for Not 9 to 5, a non-profit global leader in mental health advocacy for the foodservice and hospitality sector. Originally from PEI, she worked at celebrated restaurants across Canada, before founding Scout, where she leads recipe and product development and marketing. Scout mission is to be the most trusted seafood brand in North America while reducing food waste and protecting oceans and waterways.
ABOUT THE RECEPTION CHEFS
The legendary Chef Jamie Kennedy is a pioneer of Canadian cuisine and a staunch advocate of local food and sustainable farming practices. Owner and president of Jamie Kennedy Kitchens, author of several cookbooks and representative to global competitions and conferences, since 2010 he has been a Member of the Order
of Canada. He will be joined by Stuart Cameron, chef at Picton’s hot new Bocado restaurant, bringing with him three decades of experience at top restaurants in
Toronto and Australia, Chef Albert Ponzo of The Royal, as well as Zach and Luhana Littlejohn, the owners of Littlejohn Farms, a PEC agritourism destination that celebrates sustainable food production.

Any changes will be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event. Events run approximately 3-4 hours and venues are not suitable for young children.
