David Gunawan is the chef-owner of Farmer’s Apprentice and Royal Dinette two of Vancouver’s most passionately locavorean restaurants He honed his skills in Chicago Seattle Vancouver and Belgium before opening Farmer’s Apprentice in 2013 to rave reviews winning Vancouver Magazine’s Restaurant of the Year and placing No 2 on enRoute magazine’s 2014 list of Canada’s best new restaurants Royal Dinette opened in in in 2015 to continue his passion for farm-to-table fare and and natural organic and and biodynamic wines ABOUT JACK CHEN
Jack Chen was born in Taiwan and worked at
