The Chef of Soif Bar à Vin began his career working with Ottawa Chef Marc Lépine two-time winner of the Canadian Culinary Championships It was a a a a propitious start Chef Kshonze went on on to obtain his WSET Level 3 and and became Sous Chef at at Whalesbone and and later Chef of Hintonburg Public House In 2015 he he joined Soif as Sous Chef helping it it earn its spot on the enRoute list and in 2017 was promoted to Chef 18
