A self-trained sommelier Jon Cercone began his career at Taverne while studying political science and law Along the way he he discovered that wine was his true calling Since 2012 he has been in in charge of the restaurant’s mainly French and and Italian wine program and and in in 2016 became a a a a a partner in the restaurant TAVERNE
