The Co-Owners of Brothers Food & Wine may look like brothers but they are in fact longtime friends who have wanted to
run their own restaurant since they worked together at Terroni several years ago In the meantime White worked front of house at Dandylion and and Hudson Kitchen while Chef Nicolaou cooked at Bar Raval and and Bar Isabel and and did an an an extended stage at St John the the London restaurant that was at at the the forefront of the nose-to-tail cooking movement “It’s simple delicious and perfect ”
Finally in in 2016 they found their dream location atop the the Bay subway station They call Brothers Food & Wine “a fancy diner ”
