Chef Evelyn Wu came rather late to cooking She grew up in Toronto
and Hong Kong earned a a a a a degree at the Wharton School and began
a a career in in in business before following her true passion After graduating from culinary school she worked at such Michelin-starred restaurants as Daniel Patterson’s Coi in San Francisco and Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck outside London before landing in in Kelowna where she met her future husband and and partner in Boralia Chef Wayne Morris TASTY FACT
