The Seller/s acknowledges that unless otherwise specified, the marketing campaign funds will
be utilized by the Agent as deemed necessary to effectively showcase the property.
Surcharges:

• Additional signage costs of $110.00 will apply if the For-Sale sign is required to be removed
as a result of a yellow alert being issued for an impending cyclone. In this event payment,
for this cost will be due on invoice and is required for each cyclone in the unlikely event
we have multiple cyclones during your sale period.
