I visited the property yesterday, if you decide to take it to market then the tenants would need to do a clean
up inside and out.
I believe you have solar panels, this is a good selling point, I have looked at comparable sales and listings in
the area, only one sale in August for a 4 x 2 and it sold for $429,000 prices have gone up since then and I feel
the property could get $ 460,00 -$480,000 depending on how you market the property.
Careful consideration has been taken to provide you with an appraisal for your property in today’s market
conditions.
