           When I went through the property I was very impressed with the feel and layout, I feel it would be easy to get
           someone to fall in love with it. with the comparable sales there i a difference between what you could buy in
           Sept to Nov 2019 to today.
            The last one in the sales, 11 Bettong Bend, Baynton, sol;d for $575,000 comparable block size and house, I
           also think your location stands up to the suburb change, your outlook is awesome.
           I feel the range should be between $mid to high $500,000.

           Careful consideration has been taken to provide you with an appraisal for your property in today’s market
           conditions.
