which is essentially an individualized road map for your business. An
accountability and action plan which guides you through the ups and
downs and ins and outs of developing a solid, personal development
plan for your business. Our program rivals any corporate coaching
program because it’s not a conference call with a coach in another market. It’s a daily,
weekly, monthly, yearly tool which guides you through those difficult points throughout your career and provides support. The best part? It doesn’t cost you hundreds of dollars a month – it’s free!
Brokerage Splits
Done Differently
Incentives work, especially when the incentive is 100% commission. Company splits depend on your sales volume with a cap rate of $20,000 annually. Once the cap rate is met, agents receive 100% commission until their anniversary date, which resets the annual volume. The most progressive companies in the real estate industry are using incentive programs to reward agents for performance and it’s important to the growth of the company and is in line with our business model. Most agents who are in a growth mindset for their business reinvest their increased earnings into marketing, lead generation and client retention. It’s a win-win for all!
Lead Generation
Done Differently
Our goal is to help agents create a 100% repeat and referral business. This is a lofty goal and it takes years of hard work and client relations to reach that level of loyalty. We have a lead platform and CRM through Boomtown® which allows you to follow up with new leads and create meaningful and regular communication with your database.
We have an optional lead generation program which helps you get started! If agents choose to participate in the lead pool and their leads convert to closed business, there is a 20% referral fee. The fee is for company generated, paid advertising through Google, Realtor.com, Facebook sponsored ads, etc. There is no referral fee for lead rotation, walk-ins, open house traffic or agent generated leads, even when promoted through company efforts.
