Before the pandemic, hospitality businesses would enjoy customers coming into experience their service. During the pandemic, some hospitality businesses started to adapt to take the experience of their venues out to their customers by making or branding additional products. Keeping customers engaged with tastes, smells, service, and uniqueness was brought alive from branding wine, creating hampers to blending, roasting, and packaging spice blends.
