CSHA Shows and Events
In an effort to help our members promote
and prepare their Canadian Sport Horses for
competition, the Association holds several
events each year. These events consist of breed
shows, graciously hosted and manned by many
volunteers as well as jumping and handling clinics, and inspections for both mares and stallions. We also sponsor young horse classes at the provincial and national levels.
CSHA Performance Premiums
Performance Premiums recognize the successes and accomplishments of our Canadian Sport Horses in competition. Individual disciplines, Jumper, Dressage, Eventing and Hunter have their own criteria at four levels – Bronze (introductory level), Silver (Provincial level), Gold (National level) and Platinum (Olympic & World Cup level). Owners can submit confirmation of qualifying results to receive the des- ignation and to have it recorded on their Identification papers.

As well as CSHA breed events, the CSHA offers members several ways to hear about CSHA and the equine community through our website, CSHA E-Newsletters and Facebook.
