Kafka Müzesi
Müzede yazarın eserleri, fotoğraflar, el yazıları ve günlükler sergilenmektedir. Prag şehrinin dünya çapındaki en büyük marka değerlerinin başında gelen Franz Kafka’ya şehirdeki ilgi alaka oldukça fazladır. Müzede ayrıca çeşitli görsel ve işitsel etkinlikler gerçekleştirilmektedir.
Prague Castle
It is the largest ancient castle
in the world, according to the Guinness Book of Records. Each year, attracting millions of tourists with its magnificent structure and gothic atmosphere, this castle is 570 meters long and 130 meters wide. As you move towards Prague Castle, you will see some signs above the houses on the way. These are the shapes described for the people living in that house according to their professions.
St. Vitus Cathedral
The cathedral construction, located inside the Prague Castle, started
in 1344 and was completed in
1929. The gothic structure, one
of Prague's symbols, hosted the coronation ceremonies of many kings and queens. In the structure dedicated to St. Vitus, there are bones of many saints such as St. Wenceslas, St. Adalbert, St. John Nepomuk, and St. Vitus. This cathedral is one of the places you should definitely go and see.
Slavia Cafe
Nazım Hikmet, when he was living in Prague, came to this cafe with his friend and had long conversations while enjoying his coffee. Nazım Hikmet, who wrote his poems about Prague in this cafe, has a photo on the wall like other famous people. In this beautiful cafe, you can drink your coffee and chat with
your friends, accompanied by local music.
Charles Bridge
The bridge, constructed by King Charles IV, is 516 metres long and 10 metres wide. Today it is only accessible by pedestrians and is the most popular tourist attraction in the city. There
are thirty statues on the bridge. The sculpture of St. John Nepomuk is one of the most notable sculptures. Another remarkable statue depicts the Ottoman soldier's story counting the beads and waiting at the dungeon door cheerfully and the three Saints above striving to save the prisoners inside the dungeon. The fear of the Ottomans and prejudices about them are depicted in the sculpture in this way.
Kafka Museum
The works of the author, photographs, handwritings, and diaries are exhibited in the museum. People are very interested in Franz Kafka, one of Prague's most significant brand values. Various visual and audio activities are also held in the museum.
