3 Ekim tarihinde Genel Koordinatörümüz, Yönetim Kurulu Başkanımız, üst yönetim ve orta kademe yöneti- cilerin katılımıyla gerçekleştirdiğimiz İcra Kurulu Toplan- tısı’nda yöneticilerimizi Yalın Enstitüsü ile buluşturduk. Yakın dönemde gündemimize aldığımız Yalın Liderlik Felsefesi ile ilgili vizyon geliştiren değerli bilgiler edindik.
Yalın Enstitü, Yalın Yönetim Felsefesi ve Yalın Liderlik anlayışı ile ilgili bilgileri paylaşarak yalın zihniyetin anla- şılması için yalın kavramının ve prensiplerinin netleştiril- mesi ile ilgili deneyimleri aktardı.
Şirket genelindeki sürekli iyileştirme ve değişen çevre koşullarına uyum çalışmalarını herkesin günlük işinin bir parçası haline getirmesinde kullanılan ve liderin yetişti- rilmesi ile ilgili süreçler hakkında önemli bir yöntem olan KATA’nın detayları hakkında ipuçlarını öğrenme fırsatı yakaladık.
On October 3, we met our managers with the Lean In- stitute at the Executive Board Meeting, which we made by participation of our General Coordinator, our Chairman of the Board of Directors, senior management and minor ex- ecutives. We have received valuable information that has developed vision with regard to the Lean Leadership Phi- losophy, which we have recently received on our agenda.
The Lean Institute shared the information about the Lean Management Philosophy and sense of Lean Leader- ship and transmitted the experiences of clarifying the lean concept and principles for understanding of the lean mind.
We had the opportunity to learn tips on KATA’s details, which is an important method for the process of train- ing leader and which is used to make the works of com- pany-wide continuous improvement and adaptation to changing environmental conditions as part of daily work of everyone.
STRATEJİK PLANLAMA DİREKTÖRLÜĞÜ İŞ BİRLİĞİYLE TEMEL STRATEJİK PROJE YÖNETİMİ EĞİTİMİ’Nİ GERÇEKLEŞTİRDİK
WE PERFORMED BASIC STRATEGIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRAINING IN COOPERATION WITH STRATEGIC PLANNING DIRECTORATE.
Taha Giyim Dokuma İşletme Müdürlüğü’nde stratejik projelerde görev alan çalışanlarımıza yönelik olarak “Te- mel Stratejik Proje Yönetimi Eğitimi”ni gerçekleştirdik.
Programda sınıf içi eğitim ve mentorluk seanslarının yer aldığı karma eğitim yöntemi uygulandı. Program sonrasında katılımcılarımızın gerçek hayattaki projele- rini programda aktarılan metodolojiye göre yürütmeleri takip edilecek ve ölçümlenecek.
We performed “Basic Strategic Project Management Training” for our employees working in strategic proj- ects at Taha Giyim Weaving Operations Directorate.
In the program the coeducation method was used, in which in-class training and mentorship sessions took place. After the program, it will be followed and evalu- ated that our participants conduct their projects in real life according to the methodology transferred in the program.
RETOUCH EĞİTİMİYLE FOTOĞRAFLARDA

E - Ticaret ekibindeki retoucher’ların iş kalitelerini ar- tırmak amacıyla “Retouch” eğitimini gerçekleştirdik.
Dörder saatlik beş oturum halinde tasarlanan eği- timde katılımcılar; “Söyleşi ve Maskeleme, Raw İşleme, Program Arayüzleri, Harmanlama Kipleri, Adjustment Araçları ve Renk Teorisi, Fırça Ayarları ve Dodge Burn, Cilt ve Kumaş Rötuşu” gibi bir retoucher için en kritik mesleki bilgi ve becerilerini geliştirme şansı buldu.
We performed “Retouch” training in order to increase the quali cations of retouchers in E-Commerce team.
In the training designed in ve sessions of four hours each the participants had the chance to develop the most critical professional knowledge and skills for a retoucher, such as “Conversation and Masking, Raw Processing, Program Interfaces, Blending Modes, Ad- justment Tools and Color Theory, Brush Settings and Dodge Burn, Skin and Fabric Retouch.”
