2019’S FIRST PERIOD RETAIL PRODUCT SPECIALIST TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM HAS BEEN STARTED
2019/ 1. DÖNEM MAĞAZA TİCARİ ÜRÜN SORUMLUSU EĞİTİM VE GELİŞİM PROGRAMI BAŞLADI
Şirketimizin pull stratejisine uygun olarak; ülkesindeki/ bölgesindeki müşteri tercihlerine, beklentilerine ve ihti- yaçlarına uygun koleksiyonu, mağazasında bulundurabil- mek/sunabilmek için ana cluster’dan farklılaşan bölgesi- ne özel müşteri; talep, tercih, beklentilerini tespit etmek, persona bazında müşterilerin iç görüsünü anlamak ve hem mevcut sezon ürün koleksiyonuna hem de gelecek sezona dair koleksiyon geliştirme süreçlerine girdi sağlayacak Ma- ğaza Ticari Ürün Sorumluları yetiştirmeyi amaçlayan eği- tim programı 6 Mayıs 2019 tarihi itibariyle başladı.
Mağaza Ticari Ürün Sorumluları 13 Mayıs haftasında mes- leki gelişimlerine katkı sağlayacak sınıf eğitimlerine katıl- mak amacı ile Şirket Merkezi’ndeydi.
Üç ay sürecek eğitim programı boyunca, sınıf içi, e-öğren- me ve işbaşı eğitim yöntemleri ile birçok konuda meslek- lerinde derinlemesine uzmanlaşmak için eğitimler almaya devam edecekler.
According to the pull strategy of our company, in order to keep/present the collection in the store in accordance with the customer preferences, expectations and needs in the country/region, we have initiated the training program to train Retail Commercial Product Specialist as May 6, 2019. Retail Commercial Product Specialists will identify the spe- cial customer expectations, preferences, demands that are differentiated from the main cluster in their region; under- stand the insights of the customers based on the persona and contribute to the allocation in the current season and to the development of collection for the next season.
Retail Commercial Product Specialists were at the Compa- ny Headquarters during the week of May 13 to attend class trainings that would contribute to their professional devel- opment.
Throughout the training program that will last 3 month, the Specialists will receive in-class, e-learning and on-the-job trainings to be specialized in many professional subjects.
