OUR BEAUTIFUL OFFICE, OUR HOME
Koronavirüs salgını nedeniyle şirketimize gidemediğimiz ve işlerimizi uzaktan çalışarak sürdürdüğümüz bu yeni düzenimizde evden çalışma sistemimizi doğru şekilde yönetmemiz gerektiğine inanıyoruz. Sabahları erken kalkmaya alışmış olan vücudumuz, belirli saatlerdeki iş akışını sürdürme eğilimlerimiz bizleri zorlayabilir. Bu ne- denle de ‘evim benim güzel ofisim’ diyerek çalışanları- mızla evden verimli çalışmaya dair püf noktalar içeren tavsiyeler paylaşmaya devam ediyoruz.
İlk günler zorlansak da oluşturduğumuz yeni düzenimiz alışkanlığımız hâline geldi. Bu süreci de fayda yaratarak atlatacağız. Sağlıklı günlerde şirketimize dönene kadar evimiz en güzel ofisimiz!
We believe that we have to manage our home working system properly in this new order, where we cannot go to our company due to the coronavirus epidemic and we continue our work remotely. Our body, which is accus- tomed to wake up early in the morning, and our tendency to maintain the work flow at certain hours may be chal- lenging for us. For this reason, we continue to share tips with our employees on working efficiently from home, stating that ‘my home is my beautiful office’.
Although we had difficulty in the first days, we get accus- tomed to the new order. We will overcome this process by creating benefits. Our home is our most beautiful of- fice until we return to our company on healthy days!
