ULUSLARASI COMMERCIAL EĞITIM
VE GELIŞIM PROGRAMI BAŞLADI
INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM HAS STARTED
Uluslararası Commercial Eğitim ve Gelişim Programı kapsamında gerçekleştirilen 3 günlük etkinlik; 15,16,17 Ağustos tarihlerinde gerçekleştirildi.
10 farklı ülkeden gelen 24 uluslarası mağazacılık çalışa- nımız bu süreçte işbaşı ve sınıf eğitimlerine katıldılar.
İlk gün Uluslararası Bölge Ürün Direktörü Esra Altun’un açılış konuşması ve moderatörlüğünde başlayan eğitim etkinliği, Store Merchandising Direktörü İbrahim Arıt’ın süreç bilgilendirme sunumuyla devam etti ve Merchandi- se Planner Ferhat Çevik’in Planlama Döngüsü eğitimi ile son buldu.
İkinci gün ise Pazarlamadan Sorumlu GMY Pelin Erkı- ralp’in konuşması ile başladı ve Consumer Insgiht ve Per- sona Eğitimleri ile devam etti.
Kahvaltı etkinliği ile başlayan üçüncü günde, her biri ilgi- li Uluslararası Merchandiser’ı ile eşleşen Commercial’lar, On-The-Job Training kapsamında iş başı oryantasyon sürecinden geçtiler ve Esra Altun’un moderatörlüğünde gerçekleştirilen bitiriş toplantısıyla ülkelerine döndüler.

The 3-day event under the program was held on August 15, 16 and 17.
24 international store employees coming from 10 dif- ferent countries have attended the onboarding and class trainings in this process.
On the first day, the training event, which started with the opening speech and moderation by International Au- dit & Process Assurance Director Esra Altun, continued with the presentation on process information conducted by the Director of Store Merchandising İbrahim Arıt and ended with the Planning Cycle training conducted by Mer- chandise Planner Ferhat Çevik.
The second day began with the speech of Pelin Erkıralp, Assistant General Manager Marketing, and continued with Consumer Insight and Persona Trainings.
On the third day starting with the breakfast event, the commercials, each of which matches the relevant Inter- national Merchandiser, experienced the on-the-job ori- entation and returned to their countries after the meeting conducted by the moderation of Esra Altun.
