Daha doğrusu, reçellerin içine şeker değil, bu ballardan ilave ediliyor. Dağ meyve- lerinden de harika reçeller yapılıyor. İnsan tatmaya do- yamıyor.
Etna, sahip olduğu bu verimli toprakları sayesinde ol- dukça şanslı. Avrupa’nın yüzde 70’lik narenciye ihtiyacı da bu adadan sağlanıyor. Dünyanın en leziz portakalları, mandalinalari, limonları, greyfurtları burada yetişiyor. Biz de dallarından toplayıp, taze taze tatma şansını elde ettiğimiz için çok şanslıyız. The feet of the Etna Volcano have a unique plant cover. The reason is that the lavas are emitting mineral around the environment today. The land is incredibly fertile. Although the lavas that remained centuries ago have been given everybody hell in the beginning, today they o er almost heavenly greenery, wealth, abundance. For this reason, delicious honey is being produced in Etna. Moreover, various kinds of honey... such as chestnut, ower, karakovan, plateau, pollen, rose honey meet with buyers. The taste test is also free. Jams are also made from these honeys. More precisely, these honeys are added into the jams, not sugar. Great jams are also made from mountain fruits. Humans are not saturated with tasting.
Etna is quite fortunate thanks to these fertile lands it has. Citrus needs of 70 percent of Europe are met from this island. The world’s most delicious oranges, manda- rins, lemons, grapefruits grow here. We were very lucky for collecting from its branches and tasting quite fresh.
