Welcome to the 2024 WA Ulysses Esperance Odyssey Information and Registration Handbook

The Joondalup Branch Team look forward to catching up with lots of other Western Australian
Branch Members at this traditional annual gathering and trust you will enjoy the Esperance Rally
and its surrounds over the September long weekend.

We have put together a bit of information on Esperance in this little handbook and will add to it over
the coming weeks with the Rally Program. Saturday night function has been planned at the
Esperance Football Club, with a catered buffet meal, bar facilities and a DJ to rock the night. Our
caterer will also supply any special dietary requirements you may have so please make a note of this
on the registration form.

A special morning tea has been arranged at the Stonehenge Farm at a discounted price for entry and
Devonshire tea/coffee. Be part of a special monster group photo ‘Bikes @ The Rocks’.

The registration form is easy to fill. When done, save or print a copy and send to the
president@thejug.online . Any problems, please ring Ken anytime on 0418 925 081 so it can be
sorted.
