WEDNESDAY WANDERERS REPORTS
Chris Hill’s Ride - Wednesday 15th March
Another Wednesday rolls around and as any ride leader knows, trying something different and
entertaining is foremost in their minds. While cycling (electric bicycle) yesterday I stumbled on the
Ocean 27 cafe in Shorehaven and thought now there’s an invitation for a coffee and a natter if ever
I’ve seen one! So With 12 enthusiastic riders I proposed a tree change with a sea change to finish
up. Now I won’t bore you with many roads we traversed to arrive at our destination other than to say
after 160+ kms of what I think are great motor cycling roads we arrived at said cafe, and with a slight
cooling sea breeze and the most amazing blue Indian Ocean … plus great coffee and much chit
chat, our time together passed too quickly. Great to meet Colin riding a Honda 500X who joined us
this morning for his first (we hope of many)ride and a big thank you to Paul TEC duties.
