ULYSSES CLUB Inc. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Will be held at the Pinjarra Civic Centre from 1pm on Saturday afternoon
23rd March. Doors will open at 12.00 noon

Members AGM Registration by membership card will commence at 12.00 noon
Meeting will commence at 1.00pm. Doors will be closed promptly at this time.
The National Committee appreciate your support of this important function of the club

THE ULYSSES CLUB Inc., MEMBERS FORMAL DINNER

Our Gala Night will be held at the Greyhounds WA Venue, Kanyana Park, Gordon
Road, Mandurah. Bus pickup booking is available on Rally Registration.

Dinner service time approximately 6.30pm (a varied menu of cooked slow
greyhound burgers) will be followed at 7.30pm by the presentation of the new
National Committee, Early Bird Registration Draw and other Rally Award
Presentations.

You will then be allowed let your hair down and sweat profusely to the swinging
sounds of our fabulous band ‘Midway’ providing the entertainment.
The Theme of the night is:- Heroes And Villains
“Holy Rabbits, Batman”
