Ride Information stand located next to Cabin TWO in Caravan Park
Numbers may be limited for some rides – please make sure you book in for
each day

9am for 10am Start - Extended NatCom meeting at Pinjarra Civic Centre, 1915
Pinjarra Rd Pinjarra.
Note! Attendance is by invitation from the Ulysses National Secretary.
Morning tea supplied

4.30pm entry road closed – entry to caravan park via rear gate on Webster
Way

5pm Sundowner on site at Mandurah Caravan & Tourist Park
BYO permitted + liquor for sale from mini bar by Caravan Park team

5pm to 8pm+ Food vendor trucks on site. Entertainment – Gin & T with
a Twist - Gin tastings available onsite.

6pm Mandurah WA Greyhounds – Chasers Restaurant Buffet from 6:30pm

Saturday 23 March 2024
7am to 9am Coffee / breakfast vans on site at Mandurah Caravan & Tourist
Park BYO mug

8am Organised Ride to Dawesville Produce Markets. Have breakfast and fill in
the morning before the AGM. A chance to meet the locals.

AGM to be held at Pinjarra Civic Centre, 1915 Pinjarra Rd, Pinjarra

12.00pm AGM Registration - Doors open for AGM registration

1.00pm AGM Commences - No entry permitted after 1.00pm

RALLY DINNER

4.30pm Shuttle buses commence transport to Rally Dinner at Greyhounds WA

PLEASE READ TIMETABLE at HQ or in HANDBOOK so you do not miss your bus.

Two buses will be running separate routes.
Bus A - from Miami Caravan Park picking up through central Mandurah to
Greyhounds
Two circuits if passenger load warrants the need.
