Volunteers Still Needed for Triathlon

Volunteers must be up early to help out

Hi everyone

Thanks to all those who have volunteered to help with the Triathlon at the end of March. However, I’m still a
bit short of volunteers who are prepared to be up early and help out on the 26 March.

Volunteering would mean carrying a pillion passenger who is either a bicycle mechanic, a photographer or a race
referee. We are only required for the bicycle leg of the overall event.

This is a major fundraiser for our Branch but if I can’t get a few more people from the Geelong Branch on board I
will have to send out an SOS to other Branches for help, which means less money for us.

If you are free to help, will you please reply to confirm your availability within the next couple of days?

Postal Voting Forms

Candidates for positions on National Committee of Ulysses Club Inc

Please be advised that Postal Voting Forms are available upon individual member request.

This applies to those Members who are unable to attend the 2023 Rally in Lismore, New South Wales on the
Saturday 6 May, 2023 but who still wish to exercise their right to vote for the candidates of their choice for the
National Committee of the Ulysses Club Inc.

The request should be made by contacting the National Administration Office
on administration@ulysses.org.au in sufficient time to allow the completed forms to be returned to the Returning
Officer by close of business Friday 21st April 2023

The last date to request Postal Votes is 7 April 2023 to allow sufficient time for Australia Post to return them to
