GOLDEN DRAGON RALLY

HAS MOVED!

Hi all,

Due to the very wet conditions on the block where the Golden Dragon Back to Basics Rally was going to be held the
weekend after next (23-25 September), the decision has been made to CHANGE THE VENUE.

The Golden Dragon Rally will now be held at the Tarnagulla Recreation Reserve, Wayman Street, Tarnagulla. If you've
been to a GDR pre-Covid you will know that this is where the GDR has traditionally been held.

HOWEVER, the toilet and shower block is unusable. The caretaking committee have allowed us to use the reserve
again this year at this late stage because we will be providing our own toilets (and because they like us). Town water is
available at the Reserve. All other aspects of the Back to Basics will be as advertised:

We will provide toilets, a couple of bbqs for cooking, a bonfire, firewood and fire drums, raffle with great prizes,
Saturday ride. You’ll need to bring your camping gear, cooking gear, food and drinks.

Please also note that there will be NO catering by the Lions Club this year.

The GDR Committee would be very grateful if you could send this information to your members
through your channels.
