To assist with management of COVID-19 risk, a full refund will be provided in
the case of cancellations which occur because the registrant and/or their guest
is unwell with COVID-19 like symptoms, awaiting COVID-19 test results or under
the direction to remain in isolation/quarantine. Applications for refunds for such
non-attendance must be submitted to the National Office by 5pm 30 April 2021
and must be supported by authoritative documentation relating to testing or
other medical evidence
