The seven species tas
with clear 17th century stamps, a world-class
discovery from the Sasson collection
A long time after I purchased the plate, I found stamp by a craftsman from Augsburg,
Germany, and a stamp of the year it was made. It then became clear to me that this was
the oldest plate in existence with a clear stamp.
Item 50 in the Sasson collection. David Sasson gifted it to his father.
